June Events
Saturday 4th June. As part of the celebrations for the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee Kirton Parish Church is joining with Kirton Parish Council for celebrations taking place on Saturday 4th June. Events will be held in and around Kirton Town Hall and also in the churchyard. Kirton Church will be open from 12 noon until 5pm for a display of photographs from the 70 years of the Queen’s reign. Tours of the church will be available at 1pm, 2pm and 4pm. There will be a Craft Fair taking place in the churchyard from 1pm till 4pm.
Sunday 5th June at 11am Our Parish Sunday Eucharist will be celebrating Whit Sunday and the Platinum Jubilee. The service will be followed by a Platinum Jubilee cake and refreshments. All are welcome to join us.
Sunday 26th June at 11am Our Parish Sunday Eucharist will be celebrating St. Peter and St. Paul our patron saints. We are welcoming people back to church. Bishop Nicholas, the Bishop of Grantham will be joining us. Refreshments will be served after the service.
